2022 Spring Rosé
Spring is unpredictable. You may get sunshine one day and rain another. The SMAK Spring Rosé encompasses these qualities, and you'll be reminded of whichever spring mood you’re in.
The Spring Rosé bouquet blooms like the spring flower - lilac and roses dominate in the beginning, then evolves into citrus and apricot. The minerality reminds me of spring rain with a touch of sea salt and oyster shells.
On the palette, the acid lifts and wakes you up while juicy grapefruit and kiwi notes appear. Among the white peach and lemon/lime one may also find green apple and Himalayan pink salt.
Pairs well with oysters, sushi, ramen, spicy and fried foods.
Our Spring Rosé is perfect on a rainy day. It is low in alcohol, has 0g of residual sugar and is vegan friendly.
