The Summer Rosé opens with an intense bouquet of pineapple, white flower and ginger notes. The first sip reminds me of having Thai food on the beach. Peach, melon, coconut and mango notes are balanced by stone and mineral undertone. Notes of papaya and lemongrass round out this beautiful summer wine.
Pairs well with Asian cuisine, tacos, fish, spicy foods and shellfish.
